Petra is the nickname of Sopheaktra Muot (Mr). Petra is the Head of the Secretariat of Khmer Mekong Law Group (KMK) which provides IP (brand-trademark) registration services. He is also the Co-founder of LegalBank, the 01st Cambodian Software that provides a digital platform for Legal Document Templates. Petra is passionate about providing legal protection opportunities for all new business owners and individuals.
He has skills in patent and commercial litigation and all other areas of intellectual property law. He has wide experience in all areas of Intellectual Property (IP), including patents, trademarks and passing off, copyrights, designs, and confidential information. Moreover, he is also could help with Cambodian Naturalization, Cambodian Renunciation, and immigration works.
